What a great weekend it has been. The heat subsided, the mushrooms were plentiful, and I have dined on several glorious meals. My family is healthy, happy, and excited about fall. We have pumpkins on the front step, we scored some great deals at the thrift store, and I am high on all the wonderful blessings in my life. I hope if you are reading this that the universe is shining bright light on your path, and that whatever it is you do, or are interested in is satisfying your soul. The picture attached is of this weekends bounty of yellowfoot chanterelle, and my daughter is pointing out the monarch that hitch hiked home with me, we believe it was the very one that we released a month ago coming back to say hello.
